Nadine graduated from Auburn University with her BS in education. Later in life, personal experiences led her back to school to pursue a degree in counseling. She earned a Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Capella University in 2015. Her experience includes working with clients of all ages. Nadine recently worked with the acute mentally ill and those struggling with addictions. She is passionate about what she does and treats each client as a unique individual. Nadine is an integrative yoga therapist specializing in mood disorders and has been a yoga instructor for over 18 years. In addition to yoga, Nadine recently earned a mindfulness approaches to therapy certification. She is also working towards a certiﬁcation in Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health. Nadine believes in a whole person approach to wellness and healing both physically and emotionally.
When not at work, Nadine enjoys reading, researching, exercise, and spending quality time with her children (including her two dogs), family and loved ones. Nadine believes in being a helpful human being and spreading kindness whenever she can!
