Brianna enjoys working with clients within the range of ages 3-20 years old.
She helps clients navigate depression, anxiety, self-esteem development and work through complex trauma.
Brianna utilizes art therapy techniques, play-based therapy, choice theory, psychodynamic perspectives and motivational based techniques.
She has experience working in private practice as well as with family systems through the CAT Team program with LifeStream Behavioral Center.
Brianna's goal is to create a safe environment that helps her clients communicate their emotions and helps them to achieve their goals.
