Rachel enjoys working with women and children (age 9+).
She uses an integrated approach to treatment based upon the unique needs of each client. She incorporates person/child centered, solution focused, cognitive behavioral and strengths-based therapy practices.
Rachel provides a safe, supportive, accepting and non-judgmental therapeutic space which enables clients to openly identify individual goals and begin the journey toward healing. Rachel aims to empower her clients to build new and healthy coping skills so they can overcome daily challenges, increase positive relationships, improve daily functioning, and continue along their path to enjoy more peace, satisfaction, success and overall happiness in daily life.
