Counseling for anxiety and depression
Support for worry, low mood and stress, for teens and adults, in Eustis, Clermont and by telehealth.
Anxiety and depression are among the most common reasons people come to see us. They can show up as constant worry, trouble sleeping, irritability, losing interest in things you used to enjoy, or simply feeling stuck.
Counseling gives you a private, unhurried place to talk about what is going on, understand what keeps it going, and practise practical ways of coping. Your counselor works with you to set goals that matter to you, and uses evidence-based approaches suited to your situation.
It may be time to talk to someone if you
- feel sad, worried or on edge most days
- are having trouble at work, school or home
- are sleeping much more or less than usual
- find that everyday tasks feel harder than they should
- want to learn skills to feel steadier and more in control

Common questions
Do I need a diagnosis to start counseling?
No. Many people start because something simply doesn’t feel right. At your first visit, your counselor will talk with you about your concerns and goals and recommend a plan.
Do you see teenagers for anxiety and depression?
Yes. Several of our counselors work with children, adolescents and adults. Each counselor’s profile lists who they see.
Can I do counseling for anxiety by video?
Yes. Telehealth sessions are available anywhere in Florida. See telehealth.
